EVERY CHILD
DESERVES
TO BE SEEN.
Talent256 was born from a simple, painful truth. Thousands of talented young players train every morning on dusty grounds, with torn boots, with no one watching. Not because they lack talent, but because no one ever came to see them.
We decided to be the ones who come.
OUR STORY
We started with a question.
What if talent was enough?
In Uganda, football is not just a game. It is hope. It is the reason a 16-year-old wakes up at 5am to run on a cold field before school. It is the reason a mother washes a jersey every night even when there is no match tomorrow.
But hope needs a bridge. For years, that bridge did not exist. If you were not in the right place, knew the right person, or had money to pay someone to show your video, you remained unseen. Your talent stayed in your village.
Talent256 was built to be that bridge. Not an agency. Not a broker. A platform designed to give every player a fair, verified chance to be discovered.

Talent256 Discovery is the football discovery product of Talent256 Group LTD. We are a Ugandan company building technology for sports discovery.
Our mission is bigger than football. We are building the infrastructure for talent discovery in Uganda, starting with football, because football is where the dream is most alive.
OUR PROMISE
We will do our best for a player to be seen. Your talent is your ticket. We protect that.
HOW WE ARE DESIGNED
Built for trust,
not for hype.
Verification First
Every player profile is reviewed. We check that the person is real, the age is true, and the district is correct. No fake accounts, no duplicate profiles. One person, one profile. This keeps clubs confident and players safe.
Video Over Words
A photo can hide. A video cannot. We designed Talent256 around action photos and short clips, so a coach can see how you move, how you think, how you play, even from a phone in another district. Your game speaks.
Direct Connection
We are not middlemen. We do not take your transfer fee. We connect players directly to clubs. When a club is interested, they contact you. No one stands between you and your opportunity. That was intentional in our design.
Built to protect young players
We hide sensitive documents, we require parent contact for players under 18, we allow reporting of fake profiles, and we never show your ID to the public. Safety was designed in from day one.
Built to cover the whole country
Our system is organized by districts, villages, and positions so that a coach looking for a left-footed defender in Kasese can find him. No one is too far. Every district has a page, every village has a place.
A LETTER TO EVERY PLAYER
You don't need to be
perfect. You just need
to be seen.
We know what it feels like to train alone. To have no coach, no boots that fit, no one to film you. To wonder if all this work will ever matter.
It does matter. And we see you.
Talent256 was not built for the players who already have everything. It was built for you. The player who walks 5 kilometers to training. The goalkeeper who dives on hard ground. The striker who learned to shoot with a ball made of plastic bags.
Your dream is valid. Your effort is real. Let us help the world see it.
